MDN INC. («MDN») is a Canadian mining company focused on the discovery and development of new gold and base metal deposits that can provide a superior return to the shareholders.

In 2005, MDN became gold producer through its participation in the Tulawaka Mine in Tanzania. Since, the Company maintains major exploration activities in the vicinity of Tulawaka, combined with the advancement of its exploration projects in Quebec.
